Brandie is a seasoned strategist, grant writer, and community advocate with over two decades of experience helping nonprofits, public agencies, and small businesses secure transformational funding. As the Founder and CEO of Brand 21 Notary & Consulting, LLC, she specializes in grant writing, nonprofit formation, program development, and strategic consulting—services that have helped organizations secure over $10 million in local, state, and federal grants.
With a background spanning housing authorities, post-secondary institutions, and Fortune 500 partnerships, Brandie brings a unique understanding of how to navigate complex systems and craft competitive proposals that win. She has led and supported initiatives in financial literacy, education, clean energy, workforce development, and social services, with a passion for creating real, measurable impact in under-resourced communities.
As a certified Alabama Notary Public, she also provides reliable mobile notary services for individuals and businesses. Whether she’s guiding a new nonprofit through the 501(c)(3) process, training leaders on grant strategy, or developing multi-agency partnerships, Brandie is committed to building stronger communities through vision, funding, and action.
She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Troy University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Auburn University, with additional graduate studies in Counseling/Psychology from the University of West Alabama.
